How to Print Your Digital Santa Letter Perfectly

4 October 20265 min read

The right paper and a few careful printer settings can turn a digital file into a convincing North Pole keepsake.

Choose warm, substantial paper

Use A4 warm white or cream paper. A weight of 100–160 gsm feels more special than everyday copier paper while remaining suitable for many home printers.

Use the correct printer settings

Select A4, portrait orientation, best quality and actual size or 100%. Avoid draft mode. Print a test on ordinary paper first to check the edges and colour.

No printer? No problem

A local print shop can usually print a PDF from email or a memory stick. Ask for uncoated warm white paper so the result stays soft and traditional rather than glossy.

Finish the presentation

Place the letter in a cream envelope, write the child’s name by hand and add a ribbon or festive sticker. The reveal is where a simple printable becomes a memory.
